The finished trailer ready for its debut!
Yes, that's an air conditioning unit hanging on the front - It was going to be expensive to remove and
fill the massive hole so we decided to leave it!
Note the polished diamond treadplate skirts over the landing
gear.

Details, details...
The rear bumber area of the trailer was showing
signs of backing abuse and we just couldn't stand it. And those nasty tail lights had to go. So we dressed
out the rear bumber with treadplate and LED tail lights.

The Guard
Another surprise feature included in this trailer were full
length drawers for storing ColorGuard equipment bags. There are two drawers that pull open from the curb side allowing transport
of equipment (flag bags, sabres, rifles, etc) for a 40 member guard. These drawers span the full width of the trailer.

Barn Doors
The massive barn doors exposing the second floor and mesh
railing. All rolling percussion equipment are transported on the lower deck. Field percussion (snares, tenors, etc),
low brass and tubas are carried on the upper deck.
The railing actually swings open to allow for loading of tubas
through the door way. Wait...load tubas to the upper deck through this door? Yes! the trailer is equippe with
a "Tuba-vator" electric lift that swings out through the doorway to raise and lower the cases easily! The cases
are then stored along the railing the length of the opening.

Director's Perch
WOW - What a view! This trailer includes
another first - a Director's Perch! This allows the director to address the band for announcements and motivation
- and the kids love it! Easily accessed from the upper deck, it is also equipped with a mount for the PA system (although
most directors don't need one!)
The side rails fold flat to the perch floor then the platform folds up
and inward for storage.
